Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
I understand that schedules can sometimes change, and therefore, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as “no-show” appointments, will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
No-Show Policy
I understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes arise. However, appointments are reserved especially for you, and therefore, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and the time reserved for your appointment.
